I empower black men to live into their greatness and become the leader they are destined to be.

I envision living in a world where extraordinary, capable black men lead powerfully in their industry by making a difference that matters for themselves and others.

What I Do:

I Coach.

I Speak.

I Lead.

Powerfully.

For years, black men haven’t received the support they need to become the men they are destined to be: powerful, empathic leaders.

It’s time for that to change.

Join us in creating a world where more leaders look like us.

My Story

An award winning leader and educator, Aundrey is a leadership coach for black men seeking to drive change in their organizations and an education thought leader supporting schools in creating anti-racist learning environments centered on healing. A former high school principal and mathematics teacher, Aundrey leads powerfully from a place of empathy with an equity lens and vision to transform any space he steps into for the better.

Seeing his mom pass away a month after his seventh birthday, Aundrey’s life has not been without challenges and obstacles. Cut from his high school basketball team, receiving a rejection letter from his first choice college, and being passed over for promotions, Aundrey is familiar with the emotions failure can bring. Aundrey persevered through all of these struggles to still become a high school principal by the age of 30 and the first black man to do so in his organization’s 20 year span.

“Mr. Aundrey Page has been the best coach and trainer I have had in my 17 years in education. He supported me with clear objectives and always pushed my thinking which continuously allowed me to grow. He constantly pushed me to improve upon my craft through his direction and support. One of the skills, in particular, that I developed directly from Mr. Page’s modeling and coaching was leading a school-wide professional development for a group of over 40 staff members. I was always eager for our next coaching session because I received positive outcomes and growth from the teachers I was coaching after implementing the feedback. I would highly recommend Mr. Page because not only is he very skillful at what he does, he also builds strong, dependable professional relationships. I now feel confident and prepared to lead teams that I support as I enter my new position of Assistant Principal!”

“”The results I experienced by working with Aundrey were transformative in both my professional and personal life. Professionally, I became a better leader in one year with Aundrey than I could have imagined. Personally, Aundrey saw the best in me, even when I didn’t see it myself. He empowered me and supported me in initiatives, modeled vulnerability and asked for assistance when he needed it, and rarely shot ideas down; he instead would find ways to make people’s passion projects all work together. Aundrey is a shoulder-to-shoulder coach, meaning he will meet you where you are, identify your goals, learn what he needs to learn to support, and walk in step with you until the goals are met. His communication is top notch and he is always open, honest, vulnerable, and clear. This clarity made working with Aundrey easy and fun! Also, Aundrey is a “listen first” type of coach. He has so much compassion and empathy for whomever he is working with and will always do his best (which is damn good) to meet you where you are and see the experience from your perspective. He asks such timely and reflective questions that made me reflect deeply and honestly about my actions and experiences. Coaching is a personal and professional cheat code to life. We can only experience our lives from the first person, meaning we can only be observant of so much from our own senses. To have a trusted, experienced coach like Aundrey as another set of eyes on your experience and provide meaningful, direct, objective, and often immediate feedback on strengths and areas of growth will get you to your desired goals so much faster. Experiencing such effective coaching from a black man was transformational. He is the first professional coach I’ve had who shared my identity and that meant so much when we would get vulnerable and discuss heavy topics in our coaching sessions.”
